Shawn Kaminkow, Founder and President of Capital Coast Mortgage, has several years of mortgage banking, finance and risk management experience. He was with Countrywide Home Loans for several years where he served as Chief Credit Officer for their Correspondent and Warehouse Lending Divisions.

His main focus was analyzing the financial positions and entire operations of various mortgage bankers and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. Some of his responsibilities included visiting with mortgage companies and meeting with their executive management, originating, underwriting, secondary marketing and quality control teams to ensure they were operating to the highest of standards.

Shawn is extremely familiar with the entire lending process and has a complete and detailed understanding for everything involved in closing loans. This is why Capital Coast Mortgage is able to close loans that others can't and do it quicker than the ones who can.
